Havent updated in awhile, again because nothing has really happened since maryland. The summer was ok, flew by way too fast. Basically just worked, ate and slept. I went out a few times which was cool, but nothing like i do down here. My dad traded in his Cadillac SRX for an escalade. SO i drove an escalade all summer, that was definatly the highlight. I got back in touch with Brittani and Steven and hung out with them for a day at the end of the summer, kinda set up a surprise thing it was cool. Me steven dimitri and another friend went to the O's vs NY yankee game. O's lost of course, but it definatly was fun. Now im back in Jax for another week. I got summoned for jury Duty, I wasnt picked, but was asked to stay in town till saturday just in case something happens and i would have to go in. So other random stuff that has happened..hmm... i went to Nags head with my brother. I spent the weekend in Richmond, hung out with my little nephew and neice then went to NC with Toby. Had a great time, tanned oddly enough...Hmm, my Muffler fell off the other day..thats always nice. To be driving an escalade for the past 2 months, get back to my Non A/c car with no windows be driving around and suddenly my muffler falls off w/o warning. that cost around 60 bucks to fix b/c we did it ourselves. But it seems fine now and ive learned alot of how a car is put together. I should be an expert mechanic after all ive gone thru with this damn car.

unbelievable. I love weddings and i love movies like the wedding crashers. Wednesday we left jacksonville, picked up my 85 year old grandmother and flew to maryland. It was very hard b/c my grandmother is in a wheelchair and cant support her own wieghtand she wears diapers. we arrive in baltimore and im left alone to watch over her until matt could pickme and grandma up to meet my mom who was getting a rental car. In trying to help grandma up into the van she decides it was a good time to use the bathroom,and the toilet was my pants leg. yeah. it was gross,and i managed to change in the car w/o grandma ever knowing what she did. haha. gross.
that night me and about 11 other guys went to baltimore at fells point bar hopping. great time of course. got very drunk. Thursday night,we went to the hotel bar, all the bridesmaids and bride kept there stuff in my room, which turned out to be a good thing :) buuutt, with the bride freaking out of course that her wedding was the next day everything was going wrong. they needed to get all thier luggage from my room at about 2am, and my door was broken. the battery inside the card swipe thing died and it took the hotel about an hour in a half to figure that one out. It worked out b/c they gave me 5 free drinks at the bar and a free night stay. Also a great bight.
Friday was just a drunk fest. the wedding was that night at 7:30 but eevryone was wasted by about 11am. The wedding was great, reception..open bar top shelf liqour for 5 hours. evidently i can dance when ive had alot to drink. after the reception all i have to say is Sarah. and i'll never see her again. Saturday i desevidly slept all day and drank again that night, sarah had already taken off to back to georgia. Now im back at my fathers for the rest of the summer and im sick off my ass. Over all awesome and unbelievable weekend, hopfully the summer is just as great

my short stay in jacksonville was nice. made some new friends,went out alot, spent alot of money that i didnt have, drank too much and slept too little. dont worry ill have plenty of time to sober up in maryland. sucks alot of friends were out of town, whod id like to see, hopefully ill see everyone in august. Right now i dont knwo when ill be back. probabaly early august like 5th or 6th stay here for a week or two then head back to tampa. But first my step brother is getting married at the university of maryland so that will be cool..bach party in baltimore..cant wait...i guess i'll catch ya in august. later

so this past week has been insane. btw its impossible to type with these damn steel braces on my fingers. anyways. the birthday was awesome. Friday night we went to tias. i decided to use my fake id for the last time and of course the guy pulls out a id scanner, scared the hell outta me. it worked thank god. That would have been my luck. Saturday night we played beerpong then went to the bull ring. bad news when it is sink or swim. i'll have pictures up on facebook soon so you know what i mean. but the night is in pieces how it should be and its great hearing stories of what went on the day after. Sunday i felt horrible to say the least but still tried to drink. played more beer pong then got blindfolded, driven around for 20 minutes and unblindfolded at the bowling alley bar haha. it was a clever move by my roommates. jeremy failed to let me know i had to go up stairs so i stubbed my toe on it. and it still hurts today..i prob broke it. thanks. haha. after the alley bar, was blind folded again and driven to deja vu strip club which was definatly an experience. my first time so we definatly did it right. I went up on stage as part of being the birthday boy and had 3 nude girls basically do whatever they wanted to me b/c i was handcuffed to a chair. what an expensive night haha. great times. Monday we spent the entire day at the pool. actually we went to the pool 3 days in a row. but monday it was done right. Cook out with about 10-15 friends lots of alcohol, tons of other people at the pool it was awesome. i passed out at 8pm and woke up at 2am. in all the weekend was unbelievable. Tonight we go to tias again as always, tomorrow night is the rascall flatts concert and sunday im driving home for a week in a half in jacksonville before i head off to maryland for the rest ofthe summer. great times i love college.

so ive been bored for the last few weeks..no classes just working. everyone else has class during the day so im at the apartment for the most of the time alone. my last day of work is tonight. i still cant believe i only have 3 days till im 21...i remember counting down when i was like 220 days away haha.
i went and played a softball game last night, the onyl one of the summer intermurals b/c im leaving next week and of course i have to injure myself.. i dislocated my middle finger sliding into 3rd base. i reset it myself which hurt to say the least but i went to the doctors this morning to have it looked at. I have my ring finger sprained and my middle finger has bone fragments and a bone crack as well as torn ligaments...so im in this slpint for awhile until i can see a orthopedic doctor to determine whether i need surgery on my ligaments ans tendons. i wont be givin the bird to anyone anytime soon..lol.its all good.

so jacksonville was good..at least what i remember of it. After my wednesday night in tampa at peabodys, playing beer pong and bonging all my losing beers, i headed to jacksonville on thursday. Started out at johns went to the pool hall aka terry parker graduate hangout...i didnt know this so it was a little class reunion. definatly drank too much, headed back to johns and played drinking games.. by this point i knew i was gonna puke so i just kept drinking. Let it go in his yard..sorry john. again when i got back home..sorry mom for wakin ya :0 Thursday was good. I needed a detox so just went over to natalies and hung out for a bit, then went to brians like an idiot and jumped in the pool at 3am and froze my ass off. Saturday, went to the beach came back and went out..actually went bowling kinda wierd with a couple of friends, then just drove around aimlessly for bit lookin for stuff to do..Sunday spent the enitre day with mom. Went to St. Augustine, to anastasia state park to see my aunt and uncles new RV..huge btw. went out to eat at Gypsy Cab Co. good food. And monday i drove back home. Worst and most boring drive of my life. My cd player no longer works, so for 4 hours i listened to the sound of my engine which is not a good sound..something is about to break.again.

yo. This past week in a half has been a blast. Kissel turned 21 last friday the 28th, so we had a party over in avalon hieghts. Defintaly good times. Saturday i worked, along with sunday, and tuesday lol. Wednesday we skipped peabodys for the first time in about 5 or so weeks..i love that place. Thursday night i took off b/c it was Matt's 21st of the 4th. We began the night at the partment with captain and coke, followed by alot of budwieser, then went to hooters, a 21st tradition for the roomates, drank more there of course, came back invited some people over, played beer pong and survior flip cup which is awesome. Then bonged some beers. Everyone was pretty much wasted as we decided to to to Peabodys of course to finish off the night. All of this before like 12am. Matt got too drunk and headed home around 12:30 lol like a bitch. we all stayed and had a few more drink, and closed his tab for him. Then i dropped by the bowling alley to say hi, got a couple free drinks. In the morning i definatly needed help piecing the night before together.
Friday was cinco de Mayo so we woke up..eventually. Joe's band played at the flatts where they kind of released thier first cd on lucky penny records. We had a few drinks.. my fake id's birthday is may 5th, so the cashier gave me a free drink haha, little does she know ill stop by on my real birthday on the 28th and get another one. We went home and took a much need nap, then headed to Tia's for thier block party. That was awesome. Had to be close to a 1000 people inside or waiting in line..it was a mile long. Matt feelin the effects from the night before bitched out so we had to leave about an hour after being there...but the hour was definatly worth it. We came back and watched some crappy movie calld Wolf creek and passed out. So this past week has been great and i almost slapped this bitch at work today for being stupid..that about sums it up.
Goin home next week for mothers day. And my 21st is only in 21days!!!!
Also Brittanie...can i have my sweatshirt back???

eating poppers. Nothing really had been happenin lately..i cant believe this year is almost over. I cant beleieve i have only a month until im 21. This may will suck basically everyone i know will be 21 except for me till the 28th. I dont even know what i want to do for it. Everyone i talk has all these big plan for thiers..but all i really wanna do is just go out anywhere and have fun. Maybe if my bday didnt fall on a sunday, which blows..it might be a different story, im sure ill still have fun tho.
Im already done with management class. I got a B. I actually failed my final, and still got a b thank god. I turned in my art final today and she loved it. Everyone in the class said it was my best piece. The teach is wierd tho, she really is into the odd abstract stuff tho. I did a serene mountain scene for my final, and she kept saying that i needed to add something, soething was missing..kept giving me a bad critique. Then today a girl shows up with a 6x8 foot pieve of paper with a bunch of boxs on it..just boxes randomly on a sheet of paper and the teacher loved it....i dunno what to say. She ended up giving me an A for it tho which is nice..Maybe i shold have just like drawn a bunch of triangles or something and not have to worry. So i got an A in Art, B in management, as of right now a B in microeconomics with a final exam on thursday, and a B+ in Arch history with my final wed night. So this thursday ill be completly done besides a portfolio i just have to complete by monday.
I decided to go back for mothers day. I need to do something nice for her since she helped me out so much this year when money was an issue. Thats basically all.

10:37 pm - Shake it off? Or does this mean something
So funny story... First off im procrastinating from writing my paper, but anyhow, today as i returned from my first class of the day, i left my window down b/c i have no a/c. If i dont, normally by my 2nd class, my car is unbearable to drive in, so i leave it down. I had an exam later that day, and on my way to my car, i noticed something in my car. I walk closer and suddenly a black cat jumps up from the floor board onto my seat and is just staring at me. A mfin black cat! It just sits there as i walk closer an closer. I open my door and give it a chance to jump out and it just runs to the other side. So i walk around open that door, slap it and it runs to the back hissing, like its his home or something. I ended up having to open all my doors and finally giving it a good whack to the head b4 it bolted out my door. Honestly i dont know what to make of this. Do i just shake it off, or is the topaz really cursed?

this past week has been good. Wednesday went to peabody's and played some darts.. Alysha and Tory showe up later which was cool.. I hadnt hung out with them in months. Thursday i went into work around 9, the entire computer system crashed, not once, but twice, and when it was working it was slow. We still pulled off on of the biggest thursday in the alleys history.. Lines were crazy long and a not very attractive girl decided to give me her number lol. i think i left it on the counter...Friday afternoon i drove back to jacsonville but stopped off in gville. We went to the Uf gym and played some basketball, that was the most running i have done in months. I gave jody a ride back to jacksonville later that night and we met up with some friend at a bar halfway b/w the house and the beach. Redneck central.. Two girls were making out, one ugly as can be and the other looked like a dude, and some hicks almost got in a fight over at the pool tables.
Saturday we woke up early and headed out to the beach. 18th street beach..definatly cannot complain. We went to cruisers after that. Jeff drove me around all weekend in his 4x4 f-250 Super duty diesel which was raised up i think he has like 32's on it now.. it was insane. Later that night we all went to Soho's to watch the UFC championship at the bar. Great bar. Gorgeous girls..i almost fell in love with the bartender. Crazy girl, flashing everyone..good times. After that, b/c it was a 10 ollar cover to the bar, we got free admission to Plush, so we went over for a bit then headed home around 3. Crazy times.
Today was easter so i spent it with my mom then drove back to tampa.
Tat was my weekend,, how was urs?

So i got my letter from USF school of architecture today. And its not good. I had a feeling i wouldnt get in, but though, who know, maybe ill get lucky.. nope. Im going to try again next year, and also apply to uf's school of arch next year as well. If i dont get inot either one, then maybe being an architect isnt what im supposed to do. I feel like it is the first time ive failed at something in life. honestly. If you know me, you know i try and be the best at everything i can, i might not be, nobody is, but at least i try and somehow succeed. So this hurts knowing that im not as good as others, though i think i should be. Its like a slap to the face, and im disappointed in myself.
Im more sad about the fact that i had a plan to help out my parents...Land a good job at a nice firm and help support my parents b/c they did so much for me. now i have to find another way to do it. Since 9th grade ive had one goal in mind and that was to become an architect...now im just trying to keep from becoming the next typical bowling alley manager.

Evidently Kissel and brittanie are the only ones that still update this damn thing. Its been over a month, and too much has happened to even recap. So i say fuck it. College. Life could be better right now, there ar a few things which i wish could be better in my life but im not complaining. My future is going to be decided in about a month maybe sooner, so thats basically the only thing im worried about right now. Im training to be a manager at the alley despite the fact im only working there for another 2 months. I mean thats ok i guess, if i decide to work there again next year, ill have better hours hopefully and better pay, but the stereotype of a bowling alley worker still gets to me. I hate it when people ask where i work. Thankgod its like the only "cool" bowling alley in tampa lol if there is such a thing.
I spilled a 44oz coke from taco bell on my cd player in my car. Which was theo nly thing that still worked in my car...didnt for about a week. Now at least it turns on and plays, but i can hear my speaker shorting out. Every now in a again i hear a huge pop which scares the hell out of me.

hmm not alot has happened really since last time. Went to natalies 21st birthday had a great time...with a girl, called her the wrong name at the worst time possible, that ended it. im retarded. Jacksonville was fun, but is definatly not my home anymore. This past week was great also. I now have off on fridays so i went to tias. Julee and Johnny came down and stayed with me, so we all went out and had a great time. Hungout out with katelyn too basically for the first time since beginning of summer. Saturday i couldnt get off work so they all went back home. Tonight... i just got off work and watched Emeril with a few friends...who ever thought emeril live would be so funny. Now im drinking a warm beer. I have to study for my arch exam tomorrow, yet still wake up early and continue my 4'x5' drawing of a beer bottle opener. lol. Busy busy weeks ahead. Orlando march 10th cant wait

Google earth is amazing. I zoomed right in my house in Jacksonville, Saw my dad's truck at the American legion on silver spring Maryland, Saw my old house in maryland and then saw my uncle base in iraq. Technology is crazy.
Hmm last week, i got off work at 11 on friday and went to tias, it was raining so everyone went inside rather then listening to the band outside, Joe was in NY so they didnt play there this week, the other band sucked. I showed my fake id and still got X's on my hands. lol. I guess i need to be looking for a new one. Sunday we went to Mikey's and had a superbowl cookout. He is the man and had it hooked up. 50 inch Hi-Def screen inside, 50 inch screen outside, Hot tub, Beer pong. everything. Grilled ribs, and chicken, best brownies in the world. Unbeilevable, and not to mention beer. Beer made the game flash by in a second. I can only recall highlights which i saw on espn this morning lol. Great times, i love that place.

Sorry I haven't emailed anyone for a while. Our internet was down since December 23rd. I was transferred to a new base two days ago and just got the internet back yesterday.
This place is called Basrah. It is at the bottom of Iraq near Kuwait. If you sign up for the free Google Earth on the internet, you type in Al Basrah, Iraq. The satellite image will show you any location you want. It is cool.
I was sleeping in a large tent and using a shared bathroom and showers with about 100 British troops. Now I have my own room with a bathroom and shower. It's heated and has A/C, a color tv, desk and two closets. I have the internet in my room also. The room is 12X20 feet. I'll send you some pictures soon. We also have a fire pit and outdoor bar and grill.
I have more free time so I can get longer emails and fowarded messages now. Before I had to rent 30 minutes on a slow computer. This is great. I replaced one of the two guys that got killed two weeks ago by a roadside bomb. They were driving one mile outside the camp in armored cars when they got hit. The IED (Improvised Explosive Device) was a shape charge that was so powerful that it went through both sides of the vehicle like it was made of butter. Now we have to go out in armored warriors with 9 inches of armor.
I will be going home for 25 days March 29 to April 22 and another 25 days the end of June. I get to leave this p
lace November 12th for good unless I extend six months to another year. It all depends on the job I have at the time and if we get a pay raise. They are talking about raising our pay from 120,000 to 150,000 because they can't get anyone signed up for this mission.. I see why.
This is the hottest area in all of Iraq. It went up to 154 degrees last year. I'm sweating now when it's 73 during the day and 45 at night. By the end of the month it will be around 80-90 degrees.
Well I better go now and get ready for lunch. The food sucks because it's British food. Take care and let me know what's happening in your lives.

So its been awhile since ive last updated... Last monday was seths 21st bday, we went to The greenery.. great times of course, im still piecing parts of it back together, Wednesday, we went to Peabody's and that has quickly became one of my favorite bars. Then i worked thursday friday and saturday as they all played..
I finished my portfolio! and it looks great. I got all of my letters of recommendation in also, all i have to do is write my letter of intent tonight and ill be done!
Im just now starting my drivers course. Im an idiot, it take no less then 4 hours to complete, and it was due today. Well actually the certificate had to be mailed and recieved by alachua county today, or my lisense gets suspended or something. I have to call them tomorrow and get everything striaght. Well back to it i guess..

This thing is killing me!!! Im gonna go insane. Its draining all of my time, giving me a constant headache, i dont think im going to get in, im just wasting my time. Everyone is out, either at the bar or movies, but im here. working. still. 5 pages in, 10 more pages to go. 2 more weeks of hell.

So classes are fine. Drawing is easily my hardest and most demanding class this semester. I had 18 credits for all of a day, and decided that it wasnt going to work. Nothing really exciting has happened lately, Im still working, and the day i decided to go look for a new job, my manager pulled me in and gave me a raise to a whole 8 dollars an hour lol. Ive only been there for a month so it was totally unexpected. At this rate ill be manager in febuary haha j/k ....fucking bowling alley...

Well im back in tampa finally. I drove 4 hours then had to work that night a 10 hour shift, that wasnt cool. Everythings cool, not everyone is back in town yet.
Classes start tomorrow and here is what they look like.
